Bungoma UDF youth ignore directive on chair

Bungoma county UDF women and youth leaders have said they will not recognise Hassan Osman as their chairperson despite a directive by the political parties tribunal. Speaking to the Star in Bungoma yesterday, county UDF women’s leader Nancy Wamalwa said the ejection of the chairperson was long overdue and will strengthen the party. “As a branch, we won’t accept an imposed leader who is threatening the survival of the party,” she said.
