THE eight tractors bought by Kisumu county are faulty, Agriculture executive Stephen Orot has said. Orot told the county assembly on Wednesday that the tractors break down every two days. He said the cost of repairing the tractors is high and farmers are not benefitting from the machines. The executive member however said the county will buy better tractors to serve the farmers well this financial year.
