RESIDENTS of Nyamonye trading center in Bondo district, Siaya county have decried insecurity. They said insecurity has risen following the recent closure of the AP camp. The camp was closed last month after the owner of the land allegedly demanded it back. The camp has been on the land for 13 years. Sources said the camp, including that of Kapiyo, were closed down due to understaffing and the officers relocated.
