Oparanya appoints officials

KAKAMEGA Governor Wycliffe Oparanya has said academic qualifications for more than 38 per cent of the county workforce is CPE examinations and below. He said that the status makes it difficult to train the staff to the required standards, adding it has led to a serious shortfall of staff in technical departments.
