DOGS in Kisumu will be vaccinated and tagged in the fight against rabies, Deputy Governor Ruth Odinga has said. KISUMU County Government will embark on vaccination and tagging of immunized dogs in a bid to rid the area of rabies. “I have instructed Livestock executive Stephen Orot to come up with a strategy to begin the exercise,” she said.
