Support vote, MP tells youth

Youths from Kabondo Kasipul constituency have been urged to support the Okoa Kenya movement as it will bring constitutional fairness and equity in resource allocation. MP Silvance Osele said Cord's referendum will address historical land injustices, land and electoral reforms and fair distribution of resources. Speaking in Kojuach location yesterday, he said 45 per cent allocation to counties must be entrenched in the constitution to ensure future heads of state do not use allocation to counties as a campaign tool.
