Lady Justice Hellen Omondi has summoned Ford Kenya party secretary general Eseli Simiyu to the High Court in Bungoma. The court wants to determine the party’s alleged involvement in the failed petition against Bungoma woman representative, Dr Reginalda Wanyonyi. The bid challenging Wanyonyi’s election was thrown out on Monday.
