BUNGOMA politicians have more than 20 armed groups on standby, a report has said. In a conflict mapping and analysis report released by Public Administration executive Mokin arap Ptanguny, the politicians are said to be the biggest threat to peace in the county. It highlights the principal actors in and inciters of conflicts and attempted interventions. "It is depressing to learn how many militias there are," Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka said, terming the report as "disturbing".
