KAKAMEGA Senator Bonny Khalwale and Governor Wycliffe Oparanya should stop wrangling over county funds, a lawyer has said. Alloys Kwengu said Oparanya should involve the public in any spending to avoid being summoned by the Senate’s Public Accounts Committee, chaired by Khalwale. “Money should remain with governors as senators continue their roles without interfering with county funds,” he said.
