Bungoma MCAs return from costly Kisumu

MEMBERS of the Bungoma County Assembly have returned from Kisumu to resume operations. The MCAs, who have been camping in Kisumu for committee meetings, resumed their sitting at the Bungoma county assembly yesterday after cries from residents and lobby groups over exorbitant expenditure on vacation.
