MEMBERS of the Bungoma County Assembly have returned from Kisumu to resume operations. The MCAs, who have been camping in Kisumu for committee meetings, resumed their sitting at the Bungoma county assembly yesterday after cries from residents and lobby groups over exorbitant expenditure on vacation. Speaker John Makali said in his opening address that the assembly wants to pass at least 15 bills before the December recess. “We shall be judged by the number of laws we generate,” Makali said.
