THE Ombudsman is investigating claims that four Migori MCAs received money for a trip to India but did not travel. In a complaint filed before the Commission on Administration of Justice, an anonymous resident says the MCAs were paid Sh150,000 each in July for the Bombay trip but pocketed the money. They were part of a delegation that had been booked at Ibis Hotel.
