Kisii clerk survives night axe attack by gangster

KISII county assembly clerk James Nyaoga has escaped death narrowly following an attack by an armed gangster. He had driven from his office at 8pm, on Monday night, when the lone thug confronted him outside his residence, near the Kisii Medical Training College. He had been waiting for the watchman to open the gate. Nyaoga said he grabbed an axe from one of the attackers who attempted to hack him in his car. Nyaoga escaped unhur.
