THE Court of Appeal yesterday dismissed a suit in which Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero wants his name expunged in a suit involving Mumias Sugar Company. Kidero was the Mumias Sugar MD from 2003 to 2012. Appeal court judges Roselyne Nambuye, David Maranga and Kairu Gatembu said Kidero had not demonstrated how the then Bungoma High Court Andrew Muchelule had misdirected himself in the case involving the 850-acre land of Busia Sugar Company.
