THE ruling whether visitors’ books signed by Nyando MP Fred Outa during 2013 campaign should be taken to Supreme Court will be delivered on November 13. Jared Okello seeks to have the Supreme Court review its July decision to confirm Outa as the MP. The visitors’ books signed by Outa at the schools he visited, will prove he disbursed CDF money to influence his election. Through lawyer Joshua Jansumba, Okello said 14 visitors’ books alleged to have been signed by Outa should be submitted to the Supreme Court for consideration.
