THE Nyamira assembly yesterday suspended the County Public Service Board for three weeks over hiring irregularities. This comes after MCAs accused the board of recruiting 95 enforcement officers instead of the 65 advertised. “Arising from our investigations and a letter from the governor, we want the board suspended to pave way for investigation,” Kemera MCA James Mating’a, who tabled the report, said.
