Candidates sitting the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education in Bungoma county have been hit by a shortage of examination papers. County director of Education Charles Anyika yesterday blamed the shortage on underpacking by the Kenya National Examination Council. “Friends School Kamusinga had a shortage of 92 Kiswahili Insha papers last week, leading to the late start of the exams as the examination officers had to collect extra papers from other schools,” Anyika said in his office.
