SHINYALU MP Anami Lisamula has urged his constituents to educate their children so they can succeed in their future lives. Addressing mourners at a funeral ceremony in Shinyalu yesterday, Lisamula said parents were not taking education seriously, going by the high illiteracy rates among the youth. “Parents are obliged to give their children an opportunity to learn up to advanced levels,” Lisamula said.
