THE road expansion works from Kisumu International Airport to Kisian on the Kisumu-Busia highway has stalled over jobs stalemate. The SBI Construction Company pulled out their machines from Tieng’re construction site in Kisumu West, following a stormy protest by residents. Th residents on Monday accused the company of ferrying drivers from the Kericho construction site to Kisumu instead of employing local drivers.
