BUNGOMA Governor Kenneth Lusaka has unveiled eight farm tractors. He said the Sh28 million tractors will be hired out to farmers at subsidised costs. Speaking on Thursday during the presentation in Bungoma, Lusaka said the tractors will improve land preparation to ensure farmers plant on time. Other equipment, incubators and artificial insemination kits are expected to be unveiled tomorrow. High costs of farming prevented most farmers from achieving better results, Lusaka said.
