THE appeal case challenging the election of Kisumu West MP Olago Aluoch has been postponed. The case filed by appellant Rozah Akinyi Buyu was postponed yesterday following an application by Olago’s lawyer Jude Ragot. Buyu through her lawyer Musalia Mwenesi filed an appeal challenging the High Court ruling for upholding the election of the MP. She said that Kisumu West MP was not duly elected within the stipulated Election Act. The poll loser had filed a petitioned seeking to nullify the election of Olago citing malpractices and irregularities.
