An amputated body of a 49-year-old man was yesterday found in Ligega sub county,Ugenya constituency. A former civic leader Raphael Oduor Delewa said villagers identified the body as that of Charles Ochieng' Owiyo who dissapeared lastweek. "The body had no hands and legs and had deep panga cuts on the head," he said.
