Kisii county registrar of persons has asked residents who applied for IDs to collect them before they are returned to the headquarters. George Olela said more than 3,000 IDs are lying in his office in Kisii town. Addressing the press in his office yesterday, Olela said the applicants have three months to collect the documents before they are returned to Nairobi.
