The NATIONAL Authority for the Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse has assured people with private functions of a smooth festive season. Nacada chief executive William Okedi said they have not introduced punitive laws that mandate people hosting private functions to obtain temporary permits. He spoke during a dinner at Hotel Levantes in Amagoro on Saturday, which was attended by Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong and Deputy Speaker Moses Ote.
