RESIDENTS of Homa Bay County will wait until January 27 to know the fate of the county interim secretary. The County Public Service Board chairman Mathews Oseko had filed a petition to remove Isaiah Ogwe from office. Ogwe was seconded by the board to serve as the interim county secretary. Oseko, through his lawyer Alfred Nyandieka said according to the constitution, the position has to be advertised and a competitive selection process done.
