PRESIDENT Uhuru Kenyatta was yesterday accused of ignoring minority communities, women, youth and persons living with disabilities in government appointments. Migori women's representative Dennitah Ghati said “As women and youth, the President gave us a raw deal. He did not consider marginalised communities and the disabled," she said.
