THE Homa Bay government has formed an eight-member task force to investigate the perennial water shortage in the town. Governor Cyprian Awiti said the members have been tasked to investigate the cause of the frequent water shortage. The team is expected to report to the governor’s office in a month’s time on their findings. It will also give weekly updates.
