Angry residents and mineral ore traders in Macalder mines, Nyatike constituency have accused area police boss Richard Mukwate of harassment and corruption. On Friday at 10pm residents said Mukwate was demanding bribes for bribes from them while he was off duty. “I received a call from residents that they were being harassed by the police boss at the mines for over an hour,” area MP Edick Anyanga said.
