THE Constitution Implementation Commission has warned Siaya governor Cornel Rasanga to stop meddling in the affairs of the county's Public Service Board. The CIC chair Charles Nyachae said the board is an independent institution with clear and defined mandate enshrined in the constitution and should be left to operate independently.
