HOMA Bay county government has employed 866 Early Childhood Development education teachers. Governor Cyprian Awiti said the teachers will be posted in all public schools in the county. Speaking at Rose Muhando Stadium when he issued the appointment letters yesterday, Awiti said the county is committed to lift the standards of education. "We believe ECDE is the foundation of any education system," he said.
