SIAYA THE mother of a 13-year-old girl, who sat last year’s KCPE exams, has called on well wishers to help her pay school fees at Mary Hill Girls High School. Speaking on the phone yesterday, Risper Muthiga, a vegetable seller, said Mary Adhiambo, who was in Siaya Central Primary School, scored 397 marks. “This term alone I am required to pay Sh65,600.”
