KAKAMEGA MCAs have declined to attend a oneweek bonding session in Eldoret. The session was proposed by Governor Wycliffe Oparanya. The MCAs, who were to check in yesterday, made the resolution during an informal meeting at the assembly on Monday afternoon. “This is January. We have decided that we are not going before we have school fees for our children.
