THREE MPs from Busia county have vowed to shoot down the bill proposing the reduction of counties from 47 to 14 should it be tabled in parliament. Speaking at a forum in Busia town on Sunday, Funyula MP Paul Otuoma, his Nambale counterpart John Bunyasi and Matayos MP Godfrey Odanga said the aim of the bill is purely to paralyse devolution.
