A Siaya MCA has threatened to report his "errant" colleagues to ODM leader Raila Odinga for not paying allegiance to the party. Joseph Kawuor (Gem Northward) said some nominated MCAs are behind lawyer Stephen Kopot's failure to secure a position in the county government. He said some of the MCAs deliberately boycotted a voting session in which Kopot was defeated by 21-17 votes for the position of Executive in charge of governance and legal administration.
