VIHIGA Cord leader Raila Odinga is expected in Western region this weekend ahead of ODM elections on February 28 and March 1. Raila will attend the burial of Mama Jenifer Muyera, mother of Vihiga ODM co-ordinator Eng George Muyera at Essunza village in Emuhaya constituency tomorrow and a thanksgiving ceremony.
