CORD leaders Raila Odinga and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetang’ula have condemned the impeachment of Embu Governor Martin Wambora over alleged abuse of office and corruption. The two said Wambora was not given enough time to defend his himself before he was removed from office. Raila said Wambora should remain in office until a case pending at the High Court in Kirinyaga is determined.
