TWO rival ODM MPs have been asked to shelve their political differences and unite to foster development in Siaya county. This comes two days after Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo accused nominated MP Oburu Oginga of misleading party leader Raila Odinga. Siaya politician and businessman Elisha Odhiambo said the wrangles between the two leaders are affecting development in the county.
