TEN motorists were on Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol in a Kisumu court. The motorists were arrested at the weekend on various roads in Kisumu after failing the breathalyser test. They appeared before senior principal magistrate Samuel Atonga. Those who pleaded guilty were asked to pay a Sh30,000 fine each or serve six months in prison.
