THE National Empowerment Network of People living with HIV and AIDS (NEPHAK) has warned that HIV is still a threat to Kenya achieving the Vision 2030. According to NEPHAK advocacy and communications officer Florence Riako Anam, the country still need to do much in enhancing prevention to control the spread of HIV, in order to reduce the prevalence rate that is still high.
