KAKAMEGA Governor Wycliffe Oparanya has blamed counterfeit farm inputs like fertiliser and pesticides for poor horticulture production in the county. Oparanya said difficulties in accessing quality planting materials caused by uneven distribution outlets have created ground for counterfeiting farm inputs.
