A non-governmental research organisation is set to circumcise 8,000 men from Busia county aimed at reducing HIV/Aids infections. Impact Research coordinator Bernard Ayieko said the organisation targets 8,000 men from Teso South, Teso North, Butula and Samia districts for next one month. Speaking in Malaba during the launch of the circumcision campaign yesterday, Ayieko said the exercise will be done 24 hours a day and will be free of charge in public hospitals in the region.
