Don't kill devolution, Lusaka tells Ruto

Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka at the weekend told Deputy President William Ruto that the Jubilee government should entrench devolution as guaranteed by the constitution. Lusaka told off Mt Elgon MP John Serut for misleading the public that there is only one government headed by Uhuru, which the legislator promised to collaborate with.
