This is the year of action, says Homa Bay governor

HOMA Bay government yesterday commemorated "Homa Bay at One" with a declaration that 2014 is a year of action. Governor Cyprian Awiti said the county spent most of 2013 laying out structures and development plans. "Work has now started and even the sky cannot be the limit. We have to move with speed and enable our people taste the fruits of devolution. There is no looking back," he said.
