DEPUTY PRESIDENT William Ruto has said security apparatus will deal with cattle rustlers on the Nyakach-Kericho border. He said cattle rustlers are bnot different from terrorists. “They belong to the same greed and creed and we must deal with them,” Ruto said. He was speaking at Kanyakwar village in Kisumu county during a fundraiser in aid of the Seventh Day Adventist’s West Kenya Union Conference on Sunday.
