Sh38 million for Lugari ecology

SOME Sh38 million will be used in environmental conservatiojn in Lugari subcounty, the government has said. The programme is funded by the Special Grograms department through the Western Kenya flood mitigation project . Programmes coordinator Nahashon Wawire said the initiative is part of the government efforts to end fllooding in Budalang’i area of Busia county. He was speaking to the Star in Kakamega town yesterday.
