DEPUTY minority leader in the National Assembly Jakoyo Midiwo has said the current education syllabus should be changed. Midiwo said the syllabus should include subjects on constitutionalism and etiquette to enable the youth develop good morals and be responsible leaders in the society. He said this will reduce insecurity and crime aschildren will grow up respecting the law. Midiwo said it is unfortunate that the current education system abolished corporal punishment but has not put in place mechanisms of instilling discipline in students.
