SIAYA Lack of a children’s office in Ugunja hampers efforts to stop escalating cases of child abuse, a local NGO has warned. County Child Protection Network chairman Victor Ojoro says child abuse and defilement cases are referred to the neighbouring Ugenya district. He was speaking to the press in his Ugenya office yesterday.
