Tempers flared during the start of the hearing of a house committee investigating sacked Bungoma Roads executive Stephen Nendela forcing him to withdraw from the proceedings. Nendela’s lawyer Henry Makhakara raised issues accusing the five-member committee of bias and having a “fixed mind” on his client.
