THREE suspects including a former councilor have been arrested in connection with SMS death threats to Siaya deputy speaker Stephen Kadera. Former West Ugenya councilor Abondo ka Kijana and two others were arrested at Savannah Hotel in Ugunja on Sunday night. A boda boda rider only identified as Emam and a sign writer also only identified Jack were arrested at Ugunja and Bumala towns respectively. Kadera said he received death threats from unknown persons who have been trailing him on several occasions.
