A section of Nyanza Cord leaders on Saturday supported Cotu’s secretary general Francis Atwoli. The leaders said Pusetu is a government project. Led by Siaya Senator James Orengo, they said Cotu is the only union that fights for the rights of workers. “These people have no sense of history and that is why they want to divide Cotu,” Orengo said. He said some people are out to derail Cotu because they were want to embezzle workers’ money.
