A section of Vihiga county MCAs have asked the chairman of the Luhya Elders Forum, Patrick Wangamati, to resign. Led by assembly majority whip Abdalla Chogo, they accused Wangamati of dividing the Luhya community in the run-up to the 2013 general elections. “Wangamati divided the region between ODM and Amani coalitions instead of uniting it.
